Domaine Jean Fournier Gevrey-Chambertin 1°cru Les Champaux 2019

Nieuw in Laurent's assortiment is deze Gevrey-Chambertin premier cru Les Champaux, een négoce wijn van aangekochte druiven. Een bijzonder geslaagde topwijn, helaas maar twee vaten of in totaal 600 flessen beschikbaar. Kracht en volume, maar ook ras en elegantie, deze wijn verdient enkele jaren kelderrust.

Wine Advocate (Neal Martin): "The 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin Champeaux 1er Cru has a nicely detailed bouquet with pure blackberry and raspberry fruit. The oak is nicely integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, very fleshy and ripe, candied in style with blueberries almost exploding towards the finish. Just two barrels produced."
