Bodegas Tradición brings just about the greatest Sherry on the market and this Pedro Ximenez is no exception. A (naturally) sweet Sherry aged for more than 20 years in wooden barrels. Enormously intense, very nuanced, powerful wine that you can enjoy purely as a dessert or with blue cheeses. These wines continue to mature in bottle and once open, they remain level for months. Very highly recommended!
