That having been said, there is a lot to like here. A sense of stone suffusion enhances the impression of pithy extract on an otherwise appealingly silken palate. Piquancy and tang of peach near the core serve for invigoration, and mineral salts for salivary stimulation, on a mouthwateringly sustained finish. This bottling represents fruit from three Einzellagen including that mouthful-of-a-site Zellerweg Am Schwarzen Herrgott, in Southern Rheinhessen’s cool Zellertal." 91/100
